- Bathrooms are equipped with showers, shower seats, grab bars and emergency pull-cord communication system.
- Apartments are equipped with smoke alarms, sprinklers and emergency call system.
- Front and back entrances are monitored 24 hours/day. Everyone entering must sign in and out and a professional security guard is onsite at night.
- Onsite laundry facilities with pay as you go card system are available in both buildings for your convenience
